So there you have it! Multiple great places to enjoy Prime Rib in Boston, with a variety of prices, atmosphere, and sophistication. Don’t forget, all of our preferred restaurants offer a wide variety of dishes on their menus for people with all tastes and appetites. You won’t go hungry in Boston! Chow down on a hearty slab of prime rib from one of America’s most historic cities!
Durgin-Park is a little rough around the edges but I was pleased with the service. Prices are reasonable and there’s plenty of other options besides prime rib.
its in Bostons historical district so there’s lots to take in.
Readers beware: almost all of the “prime rib” served at the restaurants listed is steak, not what I consider “prime rib” which is beef rib roasted in the oven.
Abe & Louie’s has prime rib listed on the menu and it’s fantastic. Davio’s, Grill 23, Mooo, and Ruth’s Chris all do NOT have prime rib on the menu.
Hi Eric,
Thank you for your comment and valuable advice.
Is it safer for true prime rib lovers to request Bone-In rib, so they can see to believe? We’ve purchased true prime rib before and it is definitely more believable attached to a thick bone with pockets of fat to trim out.
